Opening night of the Atlanta Francophonie Festival features a jazz concert by award-winning pianist Alex Bugnon of Switzerland. He studied in Paris and Salzburg, and his debut album reached the Top 40 on the R&B charts. Bugnon has also won two Soul Train music awards. Singer Elise Witt, born in Switzerland and an Atlanta legend will join Bugnon. She is fluent in five languages.

A wine and cheese reception follows the concert hosted by the Consulate General of Switzerland.
