Created in 2010 by the French Consulate General and the Georgia Institute of Technology, France-Atlanta is a series of events centered on innovation and designed to foster cooperation between France and the U.S. Southeast in the scientific, business, cultural, and humanitarian domains.
It is presented under the high auspices of the Ambassador of France to the United States, the Governor of Georgia, and the Mayor of Atlanta, with the support of French and French-American associations in Atlanta.
Since its inception, this initiative has grown into an annual celebration of French-American cooperation and innovation. Thanks to the high-caliber programs, events and workshops that have been scheduled each year, it has significantly increased the visibility of French-American relations in the U.S. Southeast.
